Clients don't highly appreciate pies and coffee at this restaurant. Shell is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

What a huge disappointment. Not worth stopping at! Front court a mess, wait time 14 min. Cafe has no 440ml coke, waiting time of 10 min for a dlippen pie! Fuel stations inside city is cleaner, safer, better stocked and LIGHTNING FASTER.

Worst experience ever at any Shell Nationwide.... The toilets ate filthy and falling apart and to top it all, upon my visit to the convenience store, I stood at the paypoint for an extended period without any acknowledgement and not even when the manager/owner walked past was any attempt or recognition given or made to assist me. The staff all casually converged with their colleagues looking at me with no attempt to assist and not even when I left the items on the counter amd walked out was any attempt made to assist me
