Check out great coffee. The high ratings of Shell wouldn't be possible without the energetic staff. Fast service is something that guests highlight in their comments. As for the Google rating, this place earned 4.

Disappointing Latte at Shell Cafe I recently purchased a latte at Shell Cafe and was quite disappointed with the experience. The drink tasted overwhelmingly of steamed milk with little to no coffee taste at all not what you'd expect from a latte. The whole point of paying for a proper coffee is to enjoy a good coffee and the energy boost that comes with it. Unfortunately, this cup delivered neither. The milk-to-coffee ratio was way off, and it honestly felt like I was drinking warm milk rather than a latte. If the milk portion isn't going to be balanced with a proper espresso shot, perhaps reconsider the recipe altogether. Please do takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of coffee. Thanks.
