The patient staff welcomes people all year round. Service at Shell is something one can call nice. But many visitors who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Smaller gas station on the outskirts of Lübeck. Outside it is clean and modern. I wasn't in the shop because I paid using Smart Pay.

Very bad service from the seller Mr. Schering! Went there today at around 11 to buy a sandwich, but the cheese on the bun was already curling. When I asked if he would exchange the cheese, I got a cheeky: no, I won't do it! So much for *Welcome to Shell* and customer friendliness! I worked at a shell station myself for many years, but it would never have occurred to me or my colleagues to answer or annoy a customer in such a snotty way!
