I asked my girlfriend to go in and run my pre-filled powerball and mega tickets for my normal multi draws for the month while I pump gas. Mistake on my part. She tells me that the lady said she really didn't know how to but tried anyways. Powerball went fine. But the mega ran into a too many draw issue. I usually do 8 draws. She fills it out again and it still says too many draws. Guessing the mega million has changed the multi draw amounts. The lady at the register decides to manually override the error on draws and run the ticket 8 times which ends up giving me the same numbers for one night's draw without even saying she was. My girl grabs the tickets and walks out. I pump my gas and clean my car out. So this was a 10 minute time frame. I see the mistake and know they wont do anything since she paid for it but wanted to address the mistake so I sent her back in since she made the transaction. I followed behind her towards the backend of the conversation where the lady has called a more experienced lady to the register and is telling my girlfriend it has been over 30 minutes and that mutli draw means for the same day which is incorrect. I see our faults in the interaction but this women has run my same tickets for over a year. Total lies. Teach your staff how to use the machines in your store or take the lottery out.

Poor customer service at the piolet across the street had me set my items down and come across the street to this shell. It may not be as nice looking, but the customer service made me feel at home. The lady you had working at ~830p on 12/12 truly understands customer service
