Guests don't like coffee at Shell. It's easy to find this place due to the convenient location. The efficient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Prompt service is something that people don't like at this spot. From the guests' point of view, prices are affordable. But google users rated Shell and it didn't get a high rating.

Only go here if you want to receive a £100 parking fine. We got petrol and then food and overstayed their parking limit that was not shown anywhere. Members of staff did not warn us either. Seems like a great money making scam.
