At around 1pm this afternoon, I was served by a lovely member of staff whose name I unfortunately can’t recall, though I believe it began with “M”. She had blonde and black hair. I found her to be extremely professional, articulate, and polite. The customer experience was of the highest quality. She is a real credit to your company.

Awful customer service! I go to fill my car up and the employee (Asian male) refuses to turn on the pump until I pay so I go to pay on my card which is when he states it’s cash only even though I’ve just seen somebody pay by card and a friend went a couple minutes earlier who also payed by card. Because of this I had to walk 15 minutes down the road to get some cash off a family member because there was no fuel left in my car. During this time my girlfriend notices multiple young Asian males filling up there car before paying then proceeded to pay with card. When I finally arrive back with cash and pay the man was still extremely rude and it wasn’t until I went to get back in my car I actually witnessed somebody else pay after they filled up with card so at this point I decided to question the man on what his issue with me was which once again he was extremely rude, disrespectful and bad mannered! It is safe to say I was in shock with this experience. Now if this was a white employee discriminating a young asian male like this it would be the biggest crime known to man however this terrible employee believes it’s okay the other way round!

Where I work we have an account with Shell, I use the garage every other day. I only put diesel in I don't buy anything out of there. Therefore I'm not going to pass judgement. Sorry
