Unhelpfull staff, otherwise a great petrol station in a convient place, needs price signs on air&vacuum machines.

I visited this Shell station and tried to redeem my reward points for a free water bottle, but the staff member at the till did not know how to apply it properly. He used my points twice and still did not give me the water bottle. When I asked him about it, he was rude and kept arguing instead of helping. Very disappointing customer service. I hope the management will look into this and provide better training for staff.
