We visited this gas station in Poland and was quite surprised by the service, especially for an international chain. I generally expect a consistent level of friendly service from such establishments worldwide. However, when I spoke English, I was met with unwelcoming expressions and a complete lack of smiles. It was a truly uninviting experience. This kind of customer service is really unacceptable. Thanks, but no thanks.

It is not possible to pay with cash because the great rudeness of the staff is not supposed to spend 200 zlotys. The card does not work because of the storm. Bottom, bottom.
