Visiting at sunday, young guy was servicing well, visiting monday, young girl did not want to service, 'I don't know' to every question

I don't prefer shell anymore because of the employees' obsession to sell you v-power fuel, they might get bonuses if they sold v-power but they have to respect the customer too, you can't tell them no 4 times and still insist
