This employee clearly needs additional training. I brought in a lottery ticket to redeem my winnings, and he appeared completely unsure of what to do. He asked how much I had won instead of simply scanning the ticket. After scanning it, he placed it on the counter and said nothing. When I asked if he was going to give me my reward, he stood there for several minutes, creating an extremely awkward situation, and then stated they didn’t have the payout. A female employee at the next register immediately scanned the same ticket and provided my winnings without issue. This is not the first time I’ve experienced a problem at this location. Whether this was due to lack of training or another issue, the experience was unacceptable. I will not be returning, and you have lost a loyal customer.

I was standing at the register for over 10 minutes before I was even helped. No one was there just the sonic employees.

Clerk pretended that he did not know what the shell points rewards program was and would not allow me to enter my phone number for the savings discount. In addition, it smelled like the septic tank was full.
