Even the last star is too much for this gas station! Customer friendliness = 0! I BOUGHT TWO E-CIGARETTES THIS MORNING - BOTH DEFECTIVE! Of course, you only notice this once you leave the gas station. So I called the “nice” station manager (out of place in my opinion) and explained the situation to her.the answer was IT’S YOURSELF FAULT! In her opinion, I should unpack the e-cigarettes in the shop and test whether they work, because every normal person does that and you're in a bit of a rush in the morning. I couldn't smell that the Shell gas station where I go every day was still selling defective goods after a long renovation and innovations!!! Employees would be more suitable than paying customers to check the goods they have sold! I think it's a shame because the employees are really nice...25€ in the trash with the knowledge that you'll never enter the Shell in ROSENHEIM AND BAD AIBLING again ***small addition - the “boss” is no better - you hear a lot of things over and over again but now I have confirmation... Thank you for drawing attention to the sign - IT'S BIG ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE TO READ IT THAT'S NOT WHAT IT FAILS - it's more likely due to YOUR NON-EXISTING GOODNESS TOWARDS REGULAR CUSTOMERS There's no mention of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Definitely the gas station in the Rosenheim district that you should avoid :)
