Der Hermes Service an der Shell Tankstelle in Roth ist ein Graus. Die Mitarbeiterinnen kennen die Prozesse und Abläufe bei Hermes nur rudimentär. Sobald irgendwas ist, wird sofort alles von sich gewiesen und auf Hermes oder andere Parteien verwiesen. Hier herrscht keinerlei Entscheidungsbefugnis oder gar Kompetenz. Die Lösungen sind daher auch nicht im Sinne der Kunden. Wirklich anstrengend
