Today I paid for my coffee but couldn’t find the sugar near the coffee machine. I approached one of the employees and politely asked where the sugar was. He told me that the sugar was behind the coffee machine. I checked both sides and searched exactly where he directed me, but there was no sugar there. Seeing that I was still unable to find it, the employee made no effort to come closer or assist me. He simply stood at a distance and watched. When I finally asked him if he could please come over, show me where the sugar was, and show at least some basic customer care, he told me to “spin around” — still remaining far away from me — as if it were some kind of task from Fort Boyard. Instead of offering help, he chose to make an inappropriate and unhelpful remark. Eventually, I realized that he did not speak English well, and had given me incorrect directions. Instead of saying “in front of the coffee machine,” he told me “behind the coffee machine,” which led to all the confusion. When I pointed this out, he did not respond at all — no apology, no acknowledgment. This experience shows a clear lack of professionalism and customer service. One would expect an employee to be at least minimally helpful and polite, especially when the request is as simple as showing where the sugar is located.

I was just at the gas station, buying a cola, the cashier was very nice, I told her that I don't speak Polish well and joked: where is my sperdalai na Ukraine? she accompanied me with a laugh thx 4 good service

After 12 hours in a road , hungry, you ask for a hot-dog, see the delicious sausages getting warm at the bar , you receive a cold face saying “No hot dogs” -“Why ?” -“Cold” The same treatment at shell cafe Terrible. Only burger king were doing their job
