If you need Diesel: DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GET SCAMMED The diesel they sell is paradoxically both expensive and trash. It evaporates like morning dew when it is touched by the sun. You will lose at-least 100 km’s of range when your foot makes contact with the gas pedal.

We visited the Shell gas station in Ruse and experienced open discrimination from one of the employees. We arrived with three cars, all with Ukrainian license plates. The employee refused to provide service to any of our cars because of his attitude toward Ukrainians. This behavior is unacceptable and discriminatory. We expect Shell to investigate this incident and ensure that all customers are treated equally regardless of nationality.
