Shell is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are reasonable. Google users are quite generous with this place: it was rated 4 stars.

The station has potential. Unfortunately, the employees are pushing back. I arrived and asked for a full tank of gas. The young lady told me quietly that she couldn't. I thought ok, maybe he's studying, so I went to another station. After some time I came again. I asked to refuel and the offended lady just told me "I DON'T REFUEL!" Of course, without pointing to the person who could do it. Yesterday I made one more attempt (15/05/23) I filled up the petrol myself and asked the service lady to fill it up. Her dissatisfaction with the question "FOR HOW MUCH?!" It tipped the scale. I understand that you can have a bad day, but at this station every day is worse when it comes to service. Even though it's the closest station to me. I will give her a wide berth. Because just around the corner the service is nice and there is no problem with refueling, I feel the customer's kindness and good reception, which compensates for the fact that you have to drive further. And it's a pity that this is the case.

Extremely friendly personnel and (relatively) cheap coffee! I highly recommend shell if you're hungry and cold after a long ride, the places a bliss.

What's the point of being open 24 hours a day, if there is no information on the website that service is available only from the counter... at 2:30 a.m., no possibility to use the toilet or no direct selection of individual items, everything from the counter, and what's more, the lady who does It's nice that she goes to the window and arrogantly says goodbye to the customer because she interrupted a cigarette with her friend (it's the first time I've encountered such rudeness since I've been visiting gas stations), a dramatic behavior like with some CPN from a faraway place... Better close this station for the night because people have to go to Krakow BP or Orlen with friendly staff. I'd rather go to Orlen's Obajtek shopping center near Bi1, at least I can walk in like a man after 3 a.m. after work, choose, compare the items I want to buy, I can choose the hot dog sausage I want and see how the station employee prepares it, I can eat at the table like a man at such an arrogant person and without the rude staff who think that when he's "at night" he's the station manager. The station has gone to the dogs When Orlen kept the prices for a liter of gasoline, it was always only shell, from now on I avoid this network. I always refueled there and gave up after many years.
