Went to get 2lts to mow my lawn, covered in grass clippings. Screamed at me over the speaker. "NO JERRY CANS!". Went in and said I want 2lts for mowing. NO JERRY CANS!!!! Won't ever spend a cent there again. Karen alert!

Went in for breakfast this morning, the lady who made my coffee was amazing! The Lady who was working in the kitchen was so rude! Which isn’t surprising once I realised who she was and who her son is. The toastie I had was soggy and the egg was like rubber. This Servo use to be a great place to stop for food and I don’t know if they have changed management or not but it is a serious let down now.

What an absolute let down on behalf of one of you’re workers tonight. The guy that drives the gold xr6 ford sedan. Starting his 12pm shift. Wearing a hooded jumper with unshaven facial hair, very unprofessional looking. Honestly looked like he was high as a kite on drugs. Came hooning up the road “roaring”- “tyres screeching” , music blasting, speeding into shell service station scraping the car upon entry. Still speeding as he entered- Failed to correctly pull into a car park and had to reposition. The staff member that was working the night counter was shaking his head in disappointment. myself and 2 other customers were appalled at this persons driving manner and extremely loud music blasting from his car. One of the customers even saying “what a way to show up to work, extremely dangerous and unprofessional”. The other customer saying “wow and he works here, I wouldn’t employ someone like that”. I was thinking at first he was a customer however was mind blown to see him enter the store to start his shift. This person has no respect for other motorists, drives erratically and makes him self look extremely foolish and highly unprofessional letting a great business down! Definitely needs to be investigated by his company. This is a great business and it’s a-shame to see one person making it look bad . Upon seeing him in the store I noticed it was the same guy I’ve had bad customer service from in the past, There have been times I’ve been to night counter when his been on shift and his work ethic and manners are appalling. He isn’t polite, speaks very rudely and does not value his job unlike many others who work there and are always so happy cheerful polite and respectful. I hope his colleagues or boss sees this post. Very disappointed
