I had the most amazing experience today with the manager, Lisa and The waitress Ashley. Both ladies were absolutely amazing when it came to friendliness and compassion Professionalism is a 10 out of 10 The food was absolutely delicious and it felt like eating at a family member’s home. The restaurant was clean and everyone was nice. I will absolutely be returning again and recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a great seafood experience. I was so excited to find out a seafood spot was open late, especially after a long texas rangers game. Ordered online and drove the extra 18 minutes to pick it up. Didnt have the most welcoming greeting. I was about 5 mins early and asked if i could get a drink from the bar. I was told “yes if there’s any seats left” proceeded to sit and wait for my order expecting to get a drink while I waited. After 14 minutes my order was brought to me and I asked if I could order a drink AFTER I was given the food. The lady was honestly nice but overall it was off putting. The food was very salty but I finished it. This place seemed nice and the “grand opening” sign made me feel like it would be a new go to but I think there is so much room for improvement. Maybe close earlier and focus on customer experience rather than sales. Shout out to the bartender though. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Thanks Crystal for your great service! Thanks Shell Shack...I love your seafood seasoning it's the bomb. My grilled catfish was very tasty and I even ate my broccoli. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
