The bartender is very professional and always making sure I’m taking care of. Not only him the the staff and management is very nice and professional. I love shell shack , can’t wait to go back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80

I don’t normally write reviews, but the staff explicitly asked for feedback, so here it is. Eating here was an absolute miserable experience because the restaurant has no functioning A/C. We are in Dallas, Texas—it is completely unacceptable to expect customers to sit in sweltering heat, let alone force your employees to work in these conditions. It is a hostile, unsafe working environment that no one should be exposed to. Management needs to stop cutting corners, fix their building, and treat both their paying guests and their staff with basic respect. Avoid this place until they figure out how a modern business is supposed to run. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $70–80 Atmosphere: 1

Great seafood, try the fried catfish and gumbo. Great place to watch a game with a sports bar vibe. The seafood boils are also really good and good prices. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
