worker with the blond hair is nice, but the shorter one with the glasses? RUDE! Their systems started messing up today and instead of POLITELY telling me that, she tried to tell me that my payment didn't go through for my merchandise, despite me trying to show her the charge on my bank app, stating otherwise. I can understand if their systems are messing up, that is something they cannot control; but they CAN control how they talk to the customers who did in fact pay for their goods. I work for a living to get the money I make, Im not going to double pay for something because SHE didnt want to listen, and look at the proof that was trying to be displayed to her. I gave up and just tossed the stuff back on the counter and walked out. My buddy went in to grab it and she wanted to LIE to him saying that she was trying to tell me their systems had been messing up. Ma’am your words were “my screen right here is showing you did not pay.” And then when i tried showing you the proof on my bank, you got even more rude, telling me how it doesn't matter what my screen says because YOURS is showing i didn’t pay. Not ONCE did you mention anything about the systems messing up. If you don’t like your job, go find something else that makes you happy, instead of making everyone else around you miserable.

Come here all the time but this is the first I’ve dealt with such a rude snarky cashier. Asked a question and she cut me off to give an answer that wasn’t even my question. She was really nice to the next person in line. they were of a similar demographic to her. If you’re have a bad day, don’t take it out on customers.
