Today, after I filled up gas and tried to buy tobacco, the older man, after yelling at me because I didn't understand his question, told me to go to my country, namely Germany. Little customer service. I hope they are looking for new staff

I'll never fill up here again! I had a prepaid card with remaining credit and the trainee (as he had told another Tanjstellen customer/representative) was obviously overwhelmed with it. The card wasn't readable, we tried it twice and he said it was because there was no credit on my card! I pointed out to him that the card wasn't readable - it wasn't due to a lack of credit - but that was ignored. I then gave him €50 and said I would pay everything normally and he should please load €10 onto the card so we can see if it was due to the lack of credit. In between I tried to clean the magnetic strip, which I thought might be the cause... I paid my bill and when I tried to top up the card it “surprisingly” didn’t work again because there was a reading error. When I asked what I should do with the card, he said that Shell doesn't issue the cards and that it's not your problem! And then he kicked me out with the statement: You are welcome to fill up somewhere else in the future! When I was sitting in the car looking for the customer service number to complain, he came out and ran towards my car with his cell phone, so I drove off Incredible!!
