Smart Deal via smartphone and Paypal payment method does not work. Annoyed, I drove again without refueling.

Yesterday at 9:52 p.m. I wanted to buy something to drink, the cashier, a bit smaller and thin with glasses, was of the opinion that he still had to count the cash register etc. So he had to close. Didn't let me and another lady go. Otherwise I was always happy with the rest of the team. Sometimes I was served after 10 p.m. but the young guy was just cheeky and wanted to call it a day.

Wir zahlen unseren Tankvorgang bequem online per App vorab und brauchen dann nicht mehr in den Laden und anstehen zum bezahlen. Das ist sehr praktisch und unbedingt zu empfehlen ! Ich finde Shell sollte für diese Zahlungsart viel mehr Werbung machen auch vor Ort. Die Waschanlage ist gut und preislich ok. Zur Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter kann ich nicht viel sagen. Muss nur beim kaufen der Waschkarte rein und hatte da bis dato keine Probleme. Ich persönlich finde, dass man einen Service den man bietet auch kenntlich machen sollte ( kleines Plakat ) Z.B. wir helfen Ihnen gerne beim Messen Reifendruck etc.. Das wirkt ggü dem Kunden gut.
