Disgusting! Had to paddle through a puddle of urine to use the toilet. Dilapidated sanitary ware, leaking waste plumbing, urine soaked partition, cracked tiles and generally grubby. Also coffee machines hadn’t been cleaned for 21 hours and looked like it. Come on Shell you can do better than this.
