I am very disappointed with the level of service at this supermarket, especially from the cashiers. One woman in particular is consistently rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacks the courtesy and respect expected from staff working under such a reputable brand at a gas station. Employees should be cooperative, polite, and welcoming — not dismissive or unpleasant with customers. It reflects very poorly on the management to allow staff with such an attitude to represent the company.

عبينا بقيمة 500 ليرة وتأكدت من عداد المضخة, بعدها لازال مؤشر الوقود منخفض قلت ممكن ما تحدث. بعدها بفترة اكتشفت بأن لم تتم تعبئت سيارتنا بالوقود. We filled our car for 500 Lira, I have seen the pump counter its’s 500 Lira, after it still the fuel index not changed I thought the index not been updated yet so we moved. After a while I made sure that the worker not filled our car! Here is the bill. Upon arrival at Trabzon Airport, Mr. Miraç Uzun's kindness and helpfulness provided a welcoming and comfortable experience at the Shell station. His generosity and humble demeanor fostered a positive first impression, leading to my exclusive use of this Shell station for all my vehicle needs throughout my 17-day stay in Trabzon. This included fuel, car washes, and refreshments. The consistent courtesy and professionalism exhibited by all staff members reflect positively on the station's management and training programs. The Shell Havalimani station will undoubtedly be my preferred choice for future visits to Trabzon. Thank you to Mr. Miraç & the entire team. Best regards from Dubai!
