The building smells very unpleasant, sales force very unfriendly and arrogant. Recently they even sell air for the tires (1€). It's not much, but if I buy something, in which case it would be air, I expect a receipt that also lists VAT. All incidents are reported to the Shell headquarters in the shortest possible time.
