09/03/2022 06.55 I wanted to refuel at the Shell station at Traktorzyst 15 Street (Ursus). I drove up to the dispenser with the fuel filler cap on the opposite side to the dispenser, but enough so that the hose could easily reach the filler cap. The station employee turned off the dispenser, I had to wait until the truck standing in the middle was refueled, then enter the car properly and take the fuel. While paying, there was an exchange of words with the lady, it turned out that they were tearing off the hoses and I didn't have to refuel at their place. They are right, there are other stations where the hoses are strong enough to allow refueling on the other side of the car. The fuel is OK, but the situation is very poor.
