Here you may order good ale. The nice staff at Shell can demonstrate how much they like their customers. The spectacular service is something these restaurateurs care about. Adequate prices at this place are good news for its visitors. This spot scored 4 in the Google rating system.

The behavior I experienced in the restroom was completely unacceptable. As soon as I entered, an employee started speaking loudly in an aggressive manner, looking at me with a tense expression and muttering something angrily. I don’t understand the language, but I’m sure she wasn’t saying anything nice. Then, she began slamming doors and lockers and even hit the wall with a cleaning tool. When I politely asked in English if there was an issue with me using the restroom, she ignored me completely. Such an attitude creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. I have reported this incident to Shell headquarters.
