Shell is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. But a number of guests who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

On July 10, 2025, at 7:04 AM, I stopped at the Shell service station on Walton Highway, Wisbech PE14 7BD. Everywhere are double yellow lines and no parking signs as there is no designated parking spots for trucks, I parked my truck by the truck fuel pump and went to buy a drink. The whole process took about 4 minutes. The cashier was not pleased and rudely started complaining that I was blocking pump. This was the worst service I have ever seen.
