Worst jet wash ever ! First of all , you spend 5 minutes untangling all the hoses ! The area is absolutely filthy .. wellies are advised . There is no countdown timer so you don’t know how much time is left or even if you’re getting the time that you’ve payed for ?? Then after you get home and the water has dried , you then realise that your car is still filthy because the wash is crap ! Don’t waste your money ! You better off doing it at home with a bucket and sponge , fairy liquid and a hose to wash it down .

I tried to drop off twice, but the print label was NO WORK It was a complete waste of time. The service is terrible. Why did they even install a drop-off box if you can't use it?

Very helpful staff. I required some engine oil and rang the station to ask if it was kept in stock. I called in to collect some and the chap asked if I needed any help. He was very helpful in making sure I was buying the correct oil and was helping me while serving other customers. It was excellent customer service, when I apologised for taking his time he said I'm just doing my job and here to help. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. Thank you to him and Shell
