I went on September 17th 2025 at noon to get fuel for the car. After fueling my car I went to wash my hands in the bathroom. The bathroom door was open. A woman, the staff, came out and told me this is private. She said that if I wanted to wash hands or keep my hands clean after fueling it is best to take gloves with me. After her rant I paid for the service and left. I think this is appaling. Checking their website Shell Wollishofen, it is indicated that they do offer a bathroom. They need to train and inform their staff better about what services and amenities they even offer.

I have just been served by a very lovely Colombian lady. If more people were such positive, like her in gas stations, the world would be a better place.
