I visited on a Saturday afternoon. Several groups of guys were there, but not crowded. Plenty of comfortable seating available. Very polite and attentive staff. Great selection of cigars and a well stocked bar. Casual atmosphere and dress. Mostly collared shirts and some T-shirts. I did not eat, but the food I saw looked good. I had a couple of drinks and a good cigar. Prices were not bad considering such an establishment. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in town. Price per person: $100+ Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We didn't eat but heard the food is solid. It's a cigar bar through and through, and so you will smell of smoke when you leave. Lot of good drink options and cigar options. The staff is attentive, and unbelievably nice. The regulars were a blast to chat with. Price per person: $40–50 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Shelly's Back Room is an outstanding cigar bar in the Washington DC area. This is now the second occasion that I've been here, and it has been a great experience both times. The cigar selection and atmosphere here are fantastic! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–50
