I had a very positive experience with the cashier and food preparer at Shelly and Bevertails. She was kind and took the time to clearly explain the various food options at both places, helping me make an informed decision. I ordered a butter chicken bowl, and for dessert, I chose three mini beaver tails: the Hazelnut Armour, the Classic, and the BrWOWnie. The beaver tails were expertly fried to a golden brown, with a light, crispy exterior. She carefully applied just the right amount of topping to each one, avoiding excessive sweetness. The butter chicken bowl was well-balanced, with juicy chicken pieces, a rich, mildly spicy sauce, and fresh, lettuce. The portions of rice, lettuce, and chicken were generous and satisfying, not undersized. Overall, these two connected establishments offer a delightful variety of food in a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal.
