A number of visitors point out that you can order perfectly cooked rolls here. It's nice to try great coffee. There is a magnificent view from Shera Inn. Unfortunately, if you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is friendly at this place. Good service is something that guests would like to improve here. Many reviewers highlight that the dishes are offered for low prices. The overall score of this spot on Google is 4.2.

Safety books is poor, intruder entered our room then ran away, and on 6 am on the morning a person called the room phone and disturbed us, I got charged 10000 because the pillow was dirty and it was already dirty before we check in, I insist for you to book more worthy hotels. Service: 1

I'm giving it a 1 star for its great value for the size of the room, location wise close to Shymbulak, and amazing breakfast. However, I had high expectations from seeing the picture of the whole physical hotel - it's far from what I actually saw in person. It looked old from the outside so they have to either update the picture online or repaint the whole building. Moreover, I did not appreciate this male staff at the reception who works in graveyard shift. He was rude and did not really care about the guest's (my) concern. He was very sarcastic and didn't help me at all!!! Not even sympathized with me, geez! Or was it a natural attitude of men in Kazakhstan? Or he was just not happy about what he does? Guests seek for a home away from home when traveling, and he had neglected to provide most of us that. There was no sound proof!!! so I unfortunately suffered from the next door's noise. Doors banging each time they come in and out which obviously interrupted my sleep so I was restless and frustrated!!! That was the concern I raised at 2am to this guy in charged in the reception which I already have described ruthless! I found out the following morning with a grogy and restless self that those people next door was their last night at the hotel. But how would they make it fair for the other guests that wanted to catch up for a quality rest arriving there from a stressful trip so they would have energy for the next day's early call time planned tour??! ? The lady I talked to the following morning was more considerate and assured me that the next door will be leaving. Otherwise, they will move me to a different room. This hotel was booked by the tour I purchased from Pinoy tourism agency called travelbot. Who also qoute that they are not responsible of the kind of service that the hotel might have. If only it won't complicate the transfers, transpo pick up and drop off then I could've just booked my own airbnb. Service: 1

Terrible stay from start to end: I've asked two days in a row for my room to be cleaned (in the morning) and no one came. When I asked the front desk the answwer was "we only have 2 cleaners for 8 floors"). Service: 1
