What was once a humble local cafe has grown into one of Perth’s instafamous cake joints with delicious fresh baked delights every day. In recent months they’ve changed it up a bit with some new cakes and a few new faces in the shop, and it’s all for the positive (not that it wasn’t brilliant before). The team are very friendly, the musics annd vibe top-notch, and the coffee is consistently bloody good. So, if you want one of Perth’s best chocolate eclairs, an amazing banoffee pie, or a stunning eggs benny, all accompanied by everyday-perfect coffee, then Sherbet is the place to go! So ironic to read this sign while being served by the infamous rude ‘old’ lady mentioned in other reviews. Imagine she is the owner or manager? She’s really not that old, but she certainly won’t win any awards in hospitality. The brisket sandwich and salad were tasty. In the past, the interior looked quaint, now it just looks old.
