Unbeatable quality/price ratio. Every single bite was exciting. Exceptional yet affordable sushi that is meticulously presented. Fresh and delicious fish, and they do a great job of seasoning the sushi rice. Lovely attentive staff. A cute and comfortable dining room. Shibui is the very definition of a hidden gem. A modest, unassuming restaurant with amazing sushi. Not only do they have stellar presentations, but the rice is expertly prepared and the fish was outstanding. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I'd eat here again. Overall excellent food quality at a good price. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
