Bumped into this food truck, while checking out Spoken Moto Shop. Nice, cool people and really good grub! Got my yakisoba to go. Good portion--so wasn't too heavy. Great flavor. Not salty or greasy. Had a good chew to them, like good, fresh ramen noodles.

I love this place! The owners are so friendly and kind. The food is exceptional! I love how they only have three things on their menu because it allows them to focus and perfect their food. I've never been to Japan but eating the food here makes me feel like I have. I had the okonomiyaki and it was delicious. I've never had something like this before and it was definitely unique. The cabbage cooked with like a pancake batter consistency is weird but this item with their sweet mayo sauce really complement the dish well. The presentation of the dish is so pretty and hey you eat with your eyes first right ?! Definitely will be back to try their noodles :)

I was very excited to try Shibumis after reading all the wonderful reviews. I took my husband for lunch today and we were extremely pleased with both the food and service. We ordered the Yakisoba with chicken and the Modanyaki with pork belly and split both. I wish I had found out about this place sooner.
