Yellowtail course. Sushimi consists of 5 different part of the fish. Every dishes no matter grilled, fried or simmered is delicious, cleverly use different part of the fish you can imagine to create a dish. This shop is specialized in sauce using. I especially love the sweet and savory sauce in Braised Yellowtail bones. Yellowtail soup is the best fish soup I ever tried in Japan. We have a perfect dinning experienc under the care of shop owners couple. English menu available and they teach us how to eat with patience. I will go back to try their other dishes if have chance. This is my first visit. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, and I ordered the yellowtail course. I ate each dish as they were introduced to me one by one. Now, amidst the coronavirus pandemic, I have to make a reservation, so I was able to enjoy the food at my leisure. Please try it once. The taste and freshness are outstanding, so the owner, his wife, and his grandmother run the business. This is a long-established store founded in 1945. A sake called Akebono, a Junmai Ginjo sake. Shigehama's store clearly states (Shigehama), and this alcohol is I would definitely recommend it. If you want to eat yellowtail in Himi City, Shigehama is the most recommended. I think it all depends on how the customers feel after going there. I would like to visit you again at a different time.
