Food very well executed, delicate and thought out in detail with high quality ingredients! Everything I ate was divine! caprese, the liver pate they serve with bread as a starter is very delicious! The house bread is very good, by the way. The train with the sugo di pomodoro moved me! extremely delicious and simple at the same time! Amazing desserts! I had the latte and mieli (ricotta ice cream, yogurt cream, fermented honey and honey crunch) very light and delicious! The drinks menu is also interesting, I noticed that there are drinks with elements, ingredients of dishes. We tried the delicious citrus Goldrush drink with bourbon, honey syrup, and pollen! The pomodoro martini is a really cool option for those who like dirty martini! They use the same tomato that goes into the dishes. It was great ! To conclude, the atmosphere is relaxed, informal and cozy, the service is very attentive and helpful. Due to high demand, sometimes one item or another may take a little longer... but due to the kindness and attention of the team, I don't rate it as negative. I'll be back for sure!
