When you visit Rikuzentakata City, Shikairou is a restaurant you must visit. All the dishes are delicious, but the one I recommend is the mapo raja noodles. It seems like you can choose the spiciness level from slightly spicy to extremely spicy. This time I received a little spicy. It's a dish similar to ramen topped with mapo tofu.
