Chiba Ramen, located in the heart of old Rouen, is a real gem. The ramen was delicious, with a rich broth and perfectly seasoned chicken. The service was warm and welcoming, and if you don't speak French well, no worries, the staff speaks English. The atmosphere is perfect for anime and manga fans, with a vibe that is truly reminiscent of Japan. We had a great time and I will definitely come back!
