First visit for both of us. Clerk A came to take my order and what I asked for was Salt tongue Shikitei loin 2 Senmai Upper Mino upper hormone round intestine rice 2 The first thing brought was loin-like meat and rice. Me: “Is this Shikitei loin? Isn’t it too small for two people?” Tsure: “Maybe this is Tan?” Me: “No, it tastes different.” In the end, even after both of them finished eating, they still didn't know what was going on. Next, all the rest were brought to us on a plate, but we couldn't find anything that looked like tongue. The next time I ordered oolong tea, I told the clerk that the tongue had not arrived, and when she returned with the slip, there was a next to the skirt steak on the slip. (I don't like skirt steak, so I didn't order it 100%) It turns out that the first thing brought here was skirt steak. "I didn't order skirt steak, but do I have to pay for that too?" I asked. Clerk B: “It happens because I’ve already eaten it.” teeth? I said, ``No, I would understand if the waiter brought it to me and said ``It's skirt steak'' and ate it, but he didn't tell me what kind of meat it was and left it there. Isn't it strange to pay? ” Later, clerk C came over. I suggested, ``Since it was my mistake, I will make the skirt steak free.I will bring the tongue, so please pay for that.'' However, when I looked at the amount of meat on the plate I ordered, I wasn't sure if I would be able to finish it even if the tongue came (I don't like to leave any leftovers), so I refused the proposal. Clerk C looked dissatisfied and went back. In the end, I could barely finish what I ordered. What I want to say to Clerk A is that mistakes are unavoidable, so I'm not going to blame them for that, but they should at least apologize when they come back later to change the nets. How much trouble did your mistakes cause to those around you? Also, when I take an order, I get lazy and don't repeat it, so this happens! (I'm blaming you) Clerk B should check the situation thoroughly before speaking! (I'm most annoyed by this person) Clerk C has no idea! In the end, if I accepted this person's proposal, Tan would not be able to finish eating. There's no way I'd be forced to eat skirt steak (free) that I didn't want to eat because of a restaurant's mistake, and I'd have to pay for it while leaving behind the tongue I wanted! In the end, clerk D provided normal support, but I wonder what would have happened without him. My impression was that the taste and service were not even close to Wan Kalbi.
