Shikora Express is solid and fast food. The restaurant presents lot of options from chicken, beef, shrimp, and several varieties of fish. It is cooked hibachi style (just not in front of you), and the vegetables and rice are great. What sets Shikora apart is its “yum yum” or white sauce. It’s as good as it gets!
