These buns are AMAZING!! I’m committed to waiting in line and getting there early. I realize they can only make so many and if they sell out, then maybe next time!! BTW, the biscoff is sooooo good!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Waited for a while (to be expected) for the viral Shima Buns! Thanks for having tents for those of us in the rain! Ultimately I was not as impressed with the buns as I thought I would be. They were super airy (good) but not super sweet, missing flavor?, or something else. They just tasted off. The classic bun had a lemon and cinnamon flavor profile which was weird for me. I feel like a lemon sugar bun would have been delicious, as well as a classic cinny profile... but both together? It was a no for me. Service was good. But the owner? (I think he was the owner) seemed stressssssed and overwhelmed, despite everyone being so excited to be there. Employees did a great job packaging buns and making sure orders were correct. I was also impressed with the pricing! Very affordable for the size of the buns. Loved the vibe of the shop! You can tell a lot of work has been put in. Parking was weird, we ended up using a random lot and walking. card accepted! I don't think I would go out of my way to come back, but I do hope the best for this business!
