A shop with only 8 people at the counter. Course meals only. The course starts all at once. This time, we had about 15 dishes over a leisurely 2 hours and 30 minutes. The store has only been open for less than a year, so it was neat and clean, and the counter was comfortable. Although the dishes did not use high-quality ingredients, they were dishes that took advantage of the quality of local vegetables. The service was fast, and we were able to enjoy some rare Japanese sake such as Isojiman and No.6. Communication with the husband and wife customers was natural, and coordination in the kitchen was perfect. I was able to spend a relaxing time. A store you can't go wrong with. It looks like you won't be able to make a reservation until around March next year. Course ¥12,500. It seems that reservation information is posted on Instagram, so please check it out.
