Shimamaru is a charming pub and bar conveniently located in Itami's Inanocho area, just a short walk from Inano Station. This establishment offers a cozy atmosphere that is particularly popular among solo diners, making it an ideal spot for individuals looking to enjoy a quiet evening out. The menu includes a variety of drinks, ranging from good-quality sake to quick bites like oden, which is a year-round favorite among patrons. You can also find small plates of food perfect for a light meal or casual drink session.
While it may not be featured extensively in popular restaurant directories, a minimal profile exists on Google, providing necessary but limited information. Shimamaru maintains a "cash-only" policy, so visitors should come prepared. The venue is comprised of a small five-person counter and two tables that seat two each, creating an intimate setting perfect for mingling or enjoying a moment alone. Visitors should note the lack of wheelchair-accessible options in terms of parking, entrances, and seating, as well as the unknown operating hours.
Reviews left by visitors mention its reputation as a budget-friendly spot that offers delicious oden and quality sake. Although there hasn't been recent feedback, Shimamaru appears to uphold its appeal with those searching for an authentic local experience in Itami. The seating arrangements imply social interaction, yet the establishment remains smoke-free, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone. Specific timings for opening and closing are presently unknown, and information from the owner has not been updated recently.
