I wanted to eat local Chinese food, so I searched for Shimizuya and found it nearby, so I went there. I had the shrimp wonton ramen and gyoza. The shrimp in the wontons are plump and firm. The soup is made with traditional clear soy sauce. The chopped green onions are also good. The noodles were so delicious that I was left nodding my head.The gyoza had a lot of vegetable juice coming out so I had to make sure not to overflow it with the astragalus. It has a strong seasoning, so it's delicious even without vinegar and soy sauce. There are various other menu items that I would like to come back to eat. The staff at the store were nice and my heart and stomach were satisfied! thank you very much!
