I love the Koge Shio Ramen (Scorched garlic). The broth is really unique, the chasu is tender and absorbed the garlic broth so it is infused well to the meat cuz of the strong garlic flavor. The ramen noodle is at a good thickness. Truly the broth is the star. It is such a pleasant surprised because we were in the area and looking for a good ramen. Do note that seating is limited and the culture for ramen shop is as such that you leave once you finished your meal. It is not a place where you hang out and leisurely spend time after you finished (fast food culture) Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

It's been a while since I visited Furano, so I went to Shinatora, which I used to frequent. There are three parking spaces adjacent to the store. The inside of the store has a small raised area, counter seats, and table seats. I took a seat at the counter and after some hesitation, I ordered the Chinese soba. The first bite of both the soup and noodles brings back memories of those days. Stable deliciousness that never changes. The pork topping is also thickly sliced and fills your mouth with deliciousness. I finished drinking all the soup. It's so delicious that you'll regret ordering a larger portion. I'm satisfied. I'll come back later. Thank you for the meal. By the way, the Sapporo store seems to have closed.
