After you have seen Museum of Brisbane, visit this cafe. The piquant flavours of the Australian cuisine attract a number of guests. Many visitors come here to try good sausages, mashed potatoes and club sandwiches. Clients may have tasty Scones, lemon meringue pie and cheesecakes at Shingle Inn City Hall. Delicious champagne is the right choice. This place is known for great iced coffee or good latte.

From the guests' viewpoint, staff members are friendly here. The enjoyable ambiance will be really just what you need after a hard working day. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

They have a special. It is a sweet potato and corn quesadilla with guacamole and sour cream. It would be one of the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. The service is excellent and I love the atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My friend June and I experienced a delicious lunch recently at Shingle Inn, Brisbane City Hall. We ordered a salmon gourmet sandwich on toasted Turkish bread. Special thanks to Nards in the kitchen. The shared lunch with salad served with their own special dressing was thoroughly enjoyed with coffee and chai tea. Many thanks to the friendly staff serving us as well. We will be back!! Many thanks, Bev Walker Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: With Smoked Salmon

The Shingle Inn City Hall is usually a lovely quiet place to meet for morning tea. Not today. There was an international film crew there with bright lights and cameras. Not much consideration was given to other guests at the restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Hi Tanya. I'm sorry that the team didn't manage the filming in a way that didn't ruin your experience. I will provide this feedback to them so they can be more conscious of this should we ever have a Spanish crew in-store again... How exciting that Brisbane's oldest cafe will be featured in Spain! :-) Louise
