Shiniero is a great neighborhood restaurant. It has a relaxed atmosphere, specializes in ramen and other Chinese style dishes. My usual meal is the Mabo Tofu Set, which includes ramen and mabo tofu with rice. They have Asahi beer on tap. The service is great and they have western style tables, a tatami area and two private tatami rooms. The atmosphere is classic, bordering in well-worn.
