This was my first experience trying fugu, and chef did not dissapoint! We made reservations in advance and were warmly greated by name upon our arrival. The chef was a wonderful host, and did a great job explaining each dish, and answering any questions we had. I had reserved seats at a table, but the Chef offered us a private dining room, which was very generous and first time experience for me. When we visit again, I will request to sit at the bar, so I can watch the master work. Each course was very good. The highlight of the meal for me was the fugu sashimi and the milt. The milt was offered a la carte, and we chose to try it sashimi and grilled. It was divine. Lastly, the tofu cheesecake.. I want more, it was so good!!!
