My wife and I had one of our best meals ever last Sunday night at Shinochan. The master was very engaging. He explained where the fish was caught, what parts of maguro we were eating, and how it was prepared. It was clear that he likes his job in service and he wants his customers to be satisfied. The quality of the ingredients was spectacular. The preparation and skill of the chef was clear. The food was delicious. There is still much on the menu I want to try. Please make reservations. I strongly suggest the sashimi moriawase, which we per-ordered with our reservation. The negitoro on garlic toast was delicious. The maguro katsu was so tender. It was a great meal. Price per person: ¥7,000–8,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: The master is very helpful and would probably attempt to make anything for someone with a dietary restriction. However, this is a maguro (tuna) specialty restaurant. Virtually every dish is made with maguro.
